Who We Are

Bridlewood Mall, L’Amoreaux Park and the Route North via Warden
Patients travel north on Warden Avenue from the Bridlewood Mall area at Finch, then east along Highway 7 to reach the clinic at McCowan Road.

Advice written for a single arthritic knee falls apart when the hips, hands and shoulders are involved as well. Programmes here rotate emphasis between joints, work around whichever areas are irritable that week, and accept that a plan surviving contact with several sore joints has to be flexible rather than fixed. Each joint is assessed separately. Emphasis rotates week to week. Flare responses are recorded. Progress is judged across the whole picture. Two versions are written out.

Chiropractors, physiotherapists, and registered massage therapists collaborating under one roof, so your care is coordinated, not fragmented.

We assess how your body actually moves, then build a treatment plan that restores function from the foundation up. Kinetic. Core. Foundation.

“When several joints hurt, the plan has to rotate.”

A programme built for one joint assumes everything else can take up the slack. With arthritis in several places that assumption fails, so the work moves around, giving irritable areas a quieter week while others progress. Nothing needs to stop altogether. Emphasis shifts rather than pausing.

What We Offer

Exercise Rehabilitation and Arthritis Care for L’Amoreaux Patients

Arthritis across several joints involves pain, stiffness, strength and confidence together. Several professions work in this building. The mix can shift as symptoms do. Assessment decides where to begin. Medical care stays with your physician.

Chiropractic Care

Spinal and hip stiffness compounds the problem, and chiropractic care can address that with techniques suited to arthritic joints. Nothing forceful is applied. Findings are explained plainly.

Physiotherapy

Where one joint dominates the picture, physiotherapy provides the assessment and hands-on treatment alongside the programme. Referral between us is straightforward. Plans stay coordinated.

Registered Massage Therapy

Muscles around stiff joints stay tight and tender, and massage therapy can ease that tenderness between sessions. Pressure stays gentle. Sessions are paced comfortably. Comfort is checked.

Acupuncture

Widespread joint pain disturbing sleep sometimes eases when acupuncture is added to the wider plan. Points follow the assessment. Reasoning is explained first. Consent is taken each visit.

Class IV K-Laser Therapy

The most irritable joint can be treated with Class IV laser therapy without adding to a medication list. Sessions take a few minutes. Nothing invasive is involved. Training continues alongside.

Custom Orthotics

Arthritic feet and knees load differently, and custom orthotics cast on site can ease that during walking. Footwear is reviewed first. Casting takes one appointment. Both feet are cast.

Exercise Rehabilitation

Guided by a Registered Kinesiologist under the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario, exercise rehabilitation rotates emphasis between joints as symptoms move. Progress is recorded each visit.

Pelvic Floor Therapy

Reduced activity often brings bladder symptoms, and pelvic floor therapy is delivered by a pelvic-health physiotherapist. A private treatment room is used. Assessment stays discreet.

Pediatric & Pregnancy Chiropractic

Grandparents attending with family can arrange pediatric and pregnancy chiropractic, gentle low-force care for musculoskeletal comfort. Pregnancy back ache is common. Children are treated gently.

How It Works

Your Path from Pain to Lasting Movement

Every patient at KC Rehab follows the same proven four-step process, designed to uncover the root cause of your pain or restriction and build a recovery plan that actually lasts.

Step 1

Consultation and Assessment

Your first visit begins with a detailed conversation about your history, lifestyle, and goals. We then perform a hands on movement assessment to identify the underlying mechanics behind your symptoms.

Step 2

Personalized Treatment Plan

Based on your assessment findings, we build a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs, goals, and timeline. This may combine chiropractic, physiotherapy, RMT, acupuncture, and exercise rehabilitation.

Step 3

Active Treatment & Therapy

Your plan comes to life through manual therapy, targeted exercise, and the modalities best suited to your condition. Every session is monitored and adjusted based on your progress.

Step 4

Ongoing Care & Prevention

Once you have recovered, we equip you with the exercises, ergonomic advice, and maintenance schedule you need to stay pain-free and continue moving well for years to come.

Why CHoose Us

Why L’Amoreaux Patients Keep Moving Here

Programmes rotate around whichever joints are irritable, because a fixed plan rarely survives a week when several areas are taking turns. Good and bad days are planned for. Each joint is assessed separately. Ground floor access throughout. Parking is free.

Painful joints worked around

An irritable shoulder does not stop leg work, so the programme continues in a different form rather than pausing entirely. Alternatives are always available.

Good and bad days both planned for

Two versions of the programme exist, one for better weeks and a reduced one for harder ones, agreed before either is needed. Both are written down for you.

Exercise selection rotated

Emphasis moves between areas across the month, which spreads load and keeps any one joint from carrying every session. Rotation is planned in advance.

Ground floor access throughout

Entrance, reception and treatment rooms all sit at ground level with parking outside, so arrival costs nothing extra. Walking aids are accommodated.

RESTORE. REBUILD. RECOVER.

Whether it has been a week or a decade, you do not have to keep adjusting your life around pain. Book your initial assessment at KC Rehab today and find out what real, movement based recovery actually feels like.

Frequent Asked Questions

Does exercise wear arthritic joints out faster?

Appropriate loading does not accelerate joint wear and generally improves symptoms and function.Inactivity does more harm over years. Patients from Agincourt arrive worried about exactly this and are reassured with evidence. Load is matched to tolerance. Progress is monitored carefully.

Each joint is assessed separately and the programme rotates emphasis so no single area carries every session.Alternatives exist for every movement. KinetiCore Rehabilitation Centre builds two versions so harder weeks still involve something useful. Rotation is planned in advance. Both are written down.

Mild discomfort that settles within a day is generally acceptable, while sharp pain or a flare lasting longer is not.Clear rules are provided. To ask how those apply to your joints, contact us before booking. Response is recorded each session. Rules are written out for you. Nothing is guessed at.

Load reduces and emphasis moves rather than stopping altogether, since full rest costs strength that took months to build.A reduced version is agreed in advance. Patients from Tam O’Shanter use exactly the same approach during flares. Flares are expected, not feared. Emphasis simply moves elsewhere.

Water reduces joint load and suits painful phases well, though it builds less strength than resistance work on land. Both have a place. Patients from Malvern often use water during flares and land work at other times. The mix is agreed with you. Strength still needs resistance on land.

Manual treatment can ease stiffness enough to make the exercise work more comfortable, particularly early on.physiotherapy provides that assessment and treatment, and the two run in parallel rather than one waiting on the other. Notes are shared between us. Referral is straightforward.

Muscle responds to training at every age, and gains in later life are frequently substantial.Starting later is not starting too late. The programme is matched to current capacity rather than to any assumption about what an age should manage. Progress is measured with numbers. Gains can be substantial.
