Strengthening weak areas and mobilizing tight ones is imperative to proper movement.

 Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) is a hands-on therapy that acts on the muscular, nervous, and circulatory system. By using a variety of techniques on the body's soft tissues and joints, RMT's can provide pain and tension relief, improve blood and lymph circulation, and enhance tissue healing. 

 Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is an ancient medicine that uses many modalities like herbology, acupuncture, cupping, tuina and gua sha to treat a variety of ailments. Through observing nature and the movements of the stars and planet, the practitioners were able to learn and apply the same principles to the human body.  

 Naturopathic doctors (NDs) treat patients as individuals by addressing the physical, environmental, lifestyle, attitudinal, and emotional aspects of health. This allows naturopathic doctors to find and treat the cause of the disease using a variety of therapies. 

 Chiropody is the treatment and prevention of diseases and dysfunctions related to the foot. After assessing and diagnosing, treatment can be provided through various approaches. Depending on the injury, treatment can include (but is not limited to): foot wear advice or modifications, prescription custom orthotics, modalities and mobilizations, or stretching exercises.
